Okay, so you’ve downloaded the Robinhood app and you’re ready to jump in? Awesome! The first login is a little different than subsequent ones, so let’s walk through it. First, make sure you’ve actually created your account. If you haven’t, you’ll need to go through the account opening process first. Once that’s done, you’re ready to log in.
Open the app.
Enter the email address and password you used when you signed up.
You might be asked to verify your identity via a code sent to your phone or email. This is normal, and it’s all about keeping your account secure.
It’s a good idea to double-check that you’re using the correct email address. I know it sounds obvious, but I’ve definitely locked myself out of accounts before by accidentally typing in the wrong email. Also, make sure your password is nice and strong.
